Learning Content

When the Curriculum Developer identifies a job skill that lacks any training options, you may need to develop training.  Active Learner's Evaluation Center greatly simplifies this task by letting subject matter experts create the learning programs.  The result is a self-directed learning environment where employees have the responsibility and the tools to fulfill their own training requirements.

Key steps in training development include:

Analyze training needs The first step is to ensure you understand the scope of the content and the target audience.
Prepare Next, you must prepare a program outline or structure which identifies your program objectives and evaluation questions.
Write the program Once you've identified objectives and evaluation question, you can develop your content.
Validate and revise During validation, real learners complete your program and provide you with valuable feedback about how well your program works to transfer knowledge.
Release Finally, you can release your program for use.
