The Job Compliance reports help you quantify
your company's compliance with federal mandates, such as OSHA
and PSM. You can produce the Job Compliance report by any
of the following groupings:
By Department
By Site
By Area
Using this report, you can identify
which areas are out of compliance. For each time period, the
report provides the following information:
Total number of mandates assigned to employees who meet
your filter criteria. If 20 employees each had 5 mandates,
the Number to Comply would be 100.

Number in Compliance
Out of the 100 mandates in the above example, the Number
in Compliance is the number of mandates that have been met.
In that scenario, if one employee had not met one mandate,
the Number in Compliance would be 99.
% IN COMP
Percent in Compliance
Percentage of all mandates that have been met. In the above
scenario, the Percent in Compliance is 99% (Number in Compliance
divided by Number To Comply).
