From the left navigation, select Course Catalog.
Select a section. (For Job Specific, select the section labeled "Job Specific".)
On the row describing the course, click 
in
the Learning Program column.
Follow these steps to take an online learning program:

On the row describing the course, click in
the Learning Program column.

If an online program isn't available, a dash (-) appears in the Learning Program column.
