What is the Learning Center?

The Learning Center is part of the Active Learner program, which helps your company track its training activities and document its operational procedures. The Learning Center module allows employees to manage their own training activities, such as:

• View personal training requirements for all jobs you currently hold

• View training requirements for any job

• Enroll in classes

• Drop classes

• Take tests on the computer

• Take courses on the computer

• View your company's operational procedures on the computer
