Historical Records

Active Learner keeps track of the following historical information for each employee:

  • Training history including completed courses and grades received.

  • Job history including past and present jobs.

 

To do this:

  
View training history for one employee On the Employee Detail screen, select Training History in the View box
View training histories for several employees Filter the Employee List, then Query for "Training History for these Employees"
View job history for one employee On the Employee Detail screen, select Job History in the View box
View job histories for several employees Filter the Employee List, then Query for "Job History for these Employees"
