Maintain Job Curriculums

When you attach curriculums to jobs, it's easy to keep track of changing course requirements.

You are responsible for keeping curriculums updated to reflect changing job requirements. Ongoing curriculum maintenance keeps employees' skills up-to-date and in compliance.

A number of events will require changes to an existing job curriculum:

Changes in a job's responsibilities requiring a different skill set
Changes in technology or equipment
Changes to course material that result in a new revision number
New or updated government mandates
New or updated corporate guidelines

Changes to a curriculum may disqualify current job-holders. In this case, a grace period should be provided so employees can take the appropriate training to maintain their certifications.
