Certify Knowledge of a New Procedure The final step in the Management of Change
process is to ensure employees know about the new procedural
document, have read it, and knowledge transfer has taken
place.
The easiest way to verify that an employee
has read and understood a policy or procedure is to use the
procedure template in the course detail view.
To use the procedure view, go to the
course detail view. Select Learning Modules from
the View menu. Then, select Procedure from
the Template menu.
You can also use BASYS or an AICC compliant authoring
tool to create online learning programs and tests. Employees can access
these programs and tests from the Learning Center, and their
grades will be automatically recorded in the training records
database. Basys is an easy-to-use tool
that allows you to develop training programs that can be
delivered over your local area network or on your
intranet/Internet system. The tool walks you through
each program development phase, helping your organize content
and present it using proven Instructional Design
methods. You can present site-specific material using
text, photographs, images, video, and audio files. Basys
also includes multiple testing options and is a powerful
evaluation and remediation tool.
